"Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation."

"Excellent location! Quiet at night. At the time we rented, elevator did not work and we had to climb lots of stairs to get there. There is a lover at bottom for shoes. We left skis outside out door, wore street shoes down the stairs, and left street shoes in shoe locker. No ski lockers. This unit has been remodeled and is gorgeous. If you are allergic to feathers, careful, lots of down pillows. Property mgr was very responsive when we had questions or a need. "
