"it was terrible, looks like this is kind of fake post either hotel manager is cheating. No one in hotel speaks English, so how they have managed to be registered on Hotels.com??? they were unable to understand that booking has been paid already via Hotels.com. And they will receive payment only after certain period of time. So our family week end failed : we have travelled 300 KM and stay on the street"

"Quiet area and friendly staff. The gym is large, and that's why I booked this hotel in the area.
The bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. I was a little uncomfortable with one of the staff asking me if I would take a picture with him while riding the elevator. Although people are friendly, they are service-oriented (but it could be the language barrier). Also, I couldn't use the gym on the last day before checking out because I was told it was men's training day, which to me seemed...
