"I really liked my stay overall. The rooms were clean every day, the parking was convenient, and the room service was excellent. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. However, I was disappointed with our experience on the first night. We arrived from California around 12:30 a.m., and unfortunately the front desk staff member did not offer any assistance. Since there were no rooms available, we had to call an Uber and go from hotel to hotel late at night looking for a place to stay. At another hotel, even though they also had no available rooms, the staff kindly invited us to sit in the lobby while we searched for another hotel and even offered us coffee. That small act of kindness made a big difference. For future guests, especially women arriving alone or late at night, I hope your staff can offer a little more support and hospitality, even if no rooms are available. A simple gesture such as offering a place to sit while arranging other accommodations would be greatly appreciated."
