"It was very convenient a with everything we needed. It is a bit far away from the more touristy areas. But great if that is what you are looking for. Staff are good at communication and very friendly and helpful. Grocery store less than a block away."

Every chair and table was wobbly and uncomfortable, the remote didn't have batteries, neither sink had working plugs so I couldn't fill a sink, there were no pans or dishes that you could put into the stove to use it. "Our room was ready early when we arrived and was spotless. The staff immediately helped us upon arrival as well. All staff was very friendly, including the concierge, bellmen, and wait staff at the pool. The sommelier at the restaurant was knowledgeable and made for a great dining experience in the hotel."
