Cottage 'Gite La Landette' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

  • Ancienne maison entièrement rénovée en 2021, plein-pied, indépendante des propriétaires. Ce gîte de 82 m² à Lapenty accueille jusqu'à 6 personnes.



    1 séjour de 35 m² comprenant une cuisine encastrée toute équipée (plaque gaz, four électrique, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, frigo avec case congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière), salle à manger et salon (TV, lecteur DVD, box internet) avec cheminée.

    2 chambres :

    - une avec 1 lit 140 (+ possible lit bébé et chaise haute)

    - une avec 2 lits 140

    Salle de bain : douche et lavabo.

    Toilettes indépendantes.

    Une buanderie (lave-linge, frigo supplémentaire, évier...)

    Tout équipement. Le chauffage est assuré par des radiateurs électriques et un insert bois. Un ventilateur est également à disposition. L'intérieur est de plain-pied, sans marches. WiFi inclus.



    Grand extérieur clos avec cour, pelouse et terrasse (barbecue, salon de jardin et 2 transats, balançoire). Aire de jeux et jouets/livres pour enfants disponibles. Parking sur place (4 places).



    Fumeur toléré à l'extérieur exclusivement du logement.



    Animaux non admis.



    Je fournis tous les produits d'entretien, le linge de maison (nappe, torchons...) ainsi que les draps sur demande.

    À votre arrivée, il vous est offert des boissons fraîches et du lait de vache, que vous pourrez demander aux propriétaires tout le long de votre séjour. Il est possible de visiter la ferme des propriétaires si vous le désirez.



    De plus je fournis tous les produits d'entretien (produits pour le lave-vaisselle, sopalin, papier toilettes...) ainsi que les torchons.
