The hotel is quite new so it is modern and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The staff were very helpful and there is a minibus that will take you to their resort hotel which is on the waterfront with a great pool. You can walk to a shopping mall and a restaurant area within 15 mins.

1521 is a nice hotel and we would stay again. The breakfast was good and they have a pool. The room was large and comfortable. Our only issue is the location which is not convenient to shops or restaurants. The value we got for the stay was very good.

We enjoyed our one night stay at 1521. The room was huge as well as the bed -king, everything is well appointed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Included breakfast is substantial and tasty. I wish we had more time to go to the beach though since you still have to take a shuttle .

I enjoyed my stay here. The spa services were phenomenal! However, housekeeping services were not as excellent as I expected. I had to inform housekeeping services to provide me with towels and water; it wasn't done daily. Overall, the dining and Spa services were excellent!

This is a well run hotel. Excellence services and friendly staff. Good on site restaurant and decent spa. For the price, it is a great value. If I come back to Cebu. I am staying here again. I have spent half my life working in hotels and spas. They do a solid job here. Very impressed.

Great resort. All the staff were super friendly and any concerns I had were dealt with appropriately and promptly. Great location in Mactan. Its walkable to several restaurants and the mall. The rooftop has good food and a view and breakfast was good. Comfy beds. The best was the beach club about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride. Beautiful pool and cabanas there. Only comment would be if they had menu service at the club itself instead having to get it from the hotel it would be faster and more convenient. Needs better chairs and better sitting area around pool at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
