Queen size bed , Twin bed and 2 sofa beds ,sleep 5 persons ,Full kitchen , Gym , sauna and hot tube .This modern condo is located Next to Mactan New Town a multi million dollar new development with restaurants, shops and stores . Our friendly room attendant will be available for all your needs, If its sight seeing , Island hoping , scuba diving , Para sailing , grocery shopping ect. ,WE are here to make sure your stay is very enjoyable.Visit the Mactan Shrine , or take the kids to the nearby water park , take a city tour or enjoy the night life . very poor location - condo was clean and OK
Location was not as advertised : beach was only accessible if a large fee was paid: there is 1 swimming pool - not 4 : area has been destroyed by a typhoon within the last year so there is nothing close to the unit : no restaurants , no stores of any type : its a 1.5 km walk through a ghetto to get anywhere: the condo it self was clean and Maricis- our contact person , was exceptional: in general , the area has nothing to offer and the condo was vastly overpriced for the area it was in.
