This property was terrible, the staff were terrible, and they tried to charge for helping out their customers. It was extremely hot and they do not have tvs in any of the rooms except rooms 10&11.

We were on vacation when the Covid-19 pandemic began. We were stranded when many hotels were closing and kicking out guests with no where to go. Luckily we were at Little Rock. The staff was amazing and helped us during our time in government lockdown. They made our experience of being stranded in another country so much better! Highly recommend this friendly staff!!

Little Rock Resort Hotel is awesome, only thing it's faraway from the airport. Although, the manager and his crew members were very polite & helpful, Services is a plus...Excellent we enjoyed our 2nights staying there.

ONCE I FOUND IT, it was fine. It was not where indicated on the Hotels.com "map" and as it is new, it was not well known by taxi drivers... and not well signed on the way either. But a gem once there

The staff is friendly and accomodating. The hotel is clean but deprived of ammenities. There is no TV in the rooms and the wi-fi is pretty much non-existent. The lights in the halls outside the room are so bright they disrupt your sleep. There is nothing to do in the area and it is far from anything convenient.
