"Excellent hotel and a great brand ambassador for the Hilton brand. I enjoyed a peaceful stay in a very clean room, with an excellent bed and spotless bathroom facilities. Everything was well maintained and staff were only too pleased to assist. Despite the hotel being busy with conferences, my room remained quiet and relaxing."

"Clean room with a high bath in the shower, which looked like a previous re-fit of old hotel's bathrooms. Some space around the double comfort bed & usual Malmaison dark themes and quirky touches. Some reception staff were rude and remote, as their area is near the shopping centre entrance and the coffee shop next door, & not near the rooms. We were able to park with a voucher discount in a space below the hotel, which needed to be booked in advance. Breakfast was chargeable and for £19 a continental brekkie although £23 for hot food which was the non-advance price."

"Lovely hotels 2 great double beds instead of a sofa bed for third person. Breakfast was fantastic."

"The fire alarm went off at 8am for several minutes and interrupted my stay. I was in bed at the time and had to get dressed quickly and throw all my belongings in my bag and leave. Not Great for the amount paid when In need of rest. "
