"We had everything we needed at the property we had suvh a good time in the pool the gatdens are well kept the inside was dated but very clean you cant go wrong for the price you pay its a little bit out of town but taxis are very cheap and easy."

"We loved the upgraded windows, shutters and glass surrounding the top veranda. Villa behind still isn’t complete but there was no work going on when we there. We hired a car for the 2 weeks so had a few days out but spent most days just lazing round the pool. We walked down to the 3 local restaurants for lunches and a few evening meals, all lovely. Last time our favourite was Nature but this time we liked Sea Caves Tavern. Villa is in a great location to walk to good restaurants but a car is handy for shopping (although Phillipos do deliver) and for days out. "
"Property is tired – broken cooking hob, parts of the jacuzzi broken, multiple shower tiles cracked and blown, early onset of black mould on ceiling (looked like it had been repaired previously). Loads of dried bird poo on all patios... looked like it had been there for weeks. Incredibly noisy washing machine. Woken in the morning by loud noises and crashes at the villa by workmen delivering building materials and solar panels on the roof of the villa. The men and materials were sitting on a telehandler that was above our hire car – no warning that this was going to happen by the host, and a half-hearted apology when we notified them. They said that they did not know that the workmen were coming (even though there was a drone buzzing around above all of the villas several days earlier – we now know that they were probably surveying where to stop the materials on the roof)! This whole episode lasted several hours as they were also dropping off materials on the neighbouring villas roofs (very noisy). Workmen came back several days later and installed all of the neighbouring villas (including one that directly overlooked our patio, swimming pool and dining area) doing one villa per day!!!!Avoid these villas if you want a relaxing, quiet stay. Hosts could only email semi-automated responses to our complaints saying that our 'comfort and enjoyment' remained their highest priority... it clearly wasn't."

"Had a tremendous weeklong stay. Richard, the owner, was very informative and responsive. We had issues with renting a car initially, so he even took us to do a first food shop - how kind. Cannot fault the villa, the owner, or the area. Would happily stay again and cannot recommend more. "
