"Great staff"

"Customer service is non existent. The receptionist was rude and just resisted some sentences she learned without really meaning what she was saying"

"Staff at this hotel make the holiday experience excellent could not fault any of them. Hotel is in a great location too close to the coral bay main area and the food at this hotel is all homemade so good quality. "

"Ameisen auf dem Zimmer"

"Nice hotel. Good pool, and good breakfast. Near a nice little beach spot, and close to a coastal walking route. Very friendly and welcoming staff too. A bit out of town (a positive), but it was very convenient if you're renting a car."

"Bathroom"

"I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site. "Fantastic place will recommend"

Kleines Gym vorhanden. schließt jedoch schon 17:00 Uhr. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür."

"We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. Next to the pool there is playground area for kids as well as nice bar. The owners are super friendly and helpful in every situation. We highly recommend this...

"Amazing hotel!!! We traveled for one week with 2 kids and this hotel has everything for best experience for families. Definitely we will back again!!! Thank you!"
