The rooms were clean but could use some maintenance, in my room the floorboards were warped and lifting so they were also chipped in places. Everything else was minor cosmetic stuff. The bed was clean and comfy.

The pipe for the tub was so loose it felt like it was going to come apart when you lifted the little divertor valve to activate the shower. also water pressure was little more than a trickle. according to the front desk recent construction caused an issue and they are working with city to address the issue. Otherwise it was nice and felt safe and the breakfast was decent for being free. also the beds were much better than the last comfort inn we stayed at. (maybe newer?) if it wasn't for the water issue I would have rated higher. overall, if traveling thru I would stay there again.

Bathroom shower was filthy. Lukewarm water and no pressure. Homeless were outside my first story window all night. I had to contact the front desk and she went out and told them to leave. Another set came later that night. Said she may have to call the cops, but never did. Did not feel safe at all. I asked to be moved and I was told there was no more rooms. Check-in clerk was very friendly and nice. And that was an easy process, but other than that, this place was terrible place. Previous reviews state the same thing as me and nothing has been done. At this point I think corporate needs to be contacted.

Booked for 1 night for a family of 4. The entire hotel looked outdated. We were assigned to the 4th floor and there was no water pressure in shower and faucet. The toilet was clogged since we arrived and we were not able to be reassigned to another room because it was sold out and no maintenance on site. Only 1 girl at front desk who advised us to talk to the manager the next morning. Next day we saw about 8 staff members but “nobody” was the manager. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay again.

The hotel is great, rooms are comfortable and common areas are nice. They were renovating and the elevator was not very clean, but nothing bad. The only thing that needs to be a little improved is the breakfast, it was better before. Nonetheless I’ll be staying again.

Upon arriving, the lady who helped me was beyond kind, attentive, and helpful! The hotel staff were beyond helpful as well. Complimentary breakfast was really nice and tasty! I loved and appreciated how everything was well organized and clean. Parking was never an issue for me but I did hear from my husband that it was difficult to find late at night. The only thing I’d recommend is double checking that the showers are truly hosed down before saying it’s ready for a new customer.
