"The place looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. We had requested a downstairs room but unfortunately we were given an upstairs room the elevator smelled of sewer water, the carpet was very dirty and it smelled musty and moldy. My asthma was triggered and made it difficult to sleep. "

"We had 2 burnt-out bulbs and we had no Help from front Desk.The breakfast was included but there was not enough milk. There was no cleaning room Service for the first night; the employee told us cleaning Service is every 2 days. The door lock was not working."

"Good enough hotel for a stopover, we reserved 2 rooms, one was held but the second one the reservation was canceled at 6pm, we arrived 9pm so we had to find another hotel for the rest of the family. "

"We were in the room for 3hrs due to my nephew funeral when we got bit by bedbugs had to leave hotel at 5am n look for another hotel right away. FD was not helpful n we waited 20 mins to ck in and another 15mins to report the problem due to no one in the FD"
