"I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay. The receptionist who welcomed us provided extremely poor service. Additionally, the reception area felt dirty and unclean, and our room had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others."

"The rooms were clean but could use some maintenance, in my room the floorboards were warped and lifting so they were also chipped in places. Everything else was minor cosmetic stuff. The bed was clean and comfy."

"For the price definitely a good stay. Clean built for smaller folks definitely but most definitely doable. Right on the strip so a little noise but a safer place for the area. Close to shopping and dining as well. Would definitely stay there again."

"Overall stay was a mess. On arrival one of my rooms was not ready when I arrived at 4 pm (check in time) I wasn’t oriented to what floor I was in nor where the elevators were located because front desk staff was having their own conversation while checking me in. My daughter enjoyed the pool but when we returned to the second room (the one being “prepared”) there were no towels nor conditioner in the dispenser. We attempted to call front desk via land line but it was endless rings without anyone picking up. Called from our other room and same thing occurred. Called through my personal cell phone as I was in pijamas at this point to which I was placed on a 15 minute hold and when finally answered all I was told to was well send someone up and was hung up on. No phone etiquette no customer service. Mind you this is intended to be the “#1 hotel in Laredo”. "
