Bueno

Very good placement around all business and food places

The property is very well kept, and it is comfortable, but the best asset is their customer service crew. The front desk managers were very attentive and kind, also the restaurant was amazing and the level of care and support just amazing!!

I love this hotel is Wonderful and the personal is very kind, the food is delicious and Huanchaco is an amazing place. The hotel is perfecto you have the pool, a beautiful green area and the beach really near. Is a perfect hotel to stay with the family and friends. YOu have a barbecue also to spend a good time with the family. The people that works there are very kind and helped me with the tours. I strongly recommended!

I was there a full week. The staff in every department was wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Muy bien ubicado. Personal muy atento

I love the rooftop view where the restaurant was at. Elevator took a while. Breakfast was very good.

Great location great staff.

Clean room, friendly staff , stores and restaurants nearby, nice ocean view

The office staff was wonderful. The cleaning staff was excellent and helpful. We loved your breakfast. Our kids got a room with a down comforter but my husband and i did not. It would have been nice to have a down comforter. My son booked the room but my husband and I paid the bill. I supposed because our son booked the room he was given a little nicer accommodations. Our shower was really weak and I talked to the hotel staff and he fixed it for us which I really appreciated. (room 407)

I will grade this hotel based on a 2 star hotel. The lady that runs the hotel was amazing. She took me to park my car in an offsite secured lot and brought me a cooked to order breakfast and coffee to my room. The hotel is not new and fancy but it was quiet and clean.

Lugar muy bonito y limpio. Excelente y centrico en Trujillo.
