"nice spot with a spectacular view from the 7th floor. free water, coffee and snacks on the floor were key between busy spaces. had only coffee from the in-house eatery, and it was also very good. walkable in one direction to a sizable park with trails or toward cafes, bars etc. convenient to everywhere, including Reagan airport. parking is pricey but very secure. would stay again. thanks!"

"Very nice area. The room itself was very nice with the exception of it needing some minor upgrades. The beds were comfortable except for the pull out couch which my kids used and complained of how they could feel the bed springs. They could also do a little better with replenishing basic items like toilet paper. We reserved a room for 6 people which they were aware of since the room accommodated 6 and only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and...

"This was a great place to stay and right in Georgetown! Nice one bedroom apartment with a King size bed, living/dining area, and kitchen with all rhe basic amenities. Very clean! The only minor concern was that the bathtub looked like there was some damage to the finish and the showerhead was not working the best."

Only small suggestions: would have been nice to have better toiletry options, as usually people staying in an apt like this are there for many days.
