Another great stay in a fantastic King room at Hyatt Place in the Bloomfield/Shadyside neighborhood. The staff was amazingly friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet, 24 hour front desk and convenience store made me feel like I was staying with people who cared about me. The hotel was also a 20 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in which I had interest. I definitely plan on visiting Pittsburgh again and will stay at the Hyatt Place. It is quickly becoming my favorite place...

This hotel is in a great Pittsburgh location. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Vibrant neighborhood. Good hardy breakfast served onsite. The thing that really makes this hotel standout is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Pittsburgh.

Wonderful stay! Clean ,quiet room. Convenient location close to turnpike, shopping and mall. Staff were so nice. Included in price was abundant amount for breakfast but unfortunately poor quality.

What makes this property special is its staff, which is extremely nice and helpful.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Lobby was fresh and clean, elevators were clean. Our room was on the 5th floor overlooking water street and the river which was a nice view. Room was very clean. Breakfast area was well filled and maintained. Free, secure parking was very nice. I would stay here again should I find myself in Pittsburgh again.

A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located. We had a corner suite room which was beautiful and so clean. Well worth the extra money for the view. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Thank You for a great Anniversary weekend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My son really enjoyed the pool. It was easy to get to and around Pittsburgh. The free parking was definitely a plus.

This is a comfortable hotel with large rooms. The staff was helpful, and check in was smooth. There is not much to walk to in the area, but there is a very nice on site restaurant and bar. I'd stay here again!

Great food, friendly staff.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very attentive. This is not a normal hotel, though. It's a former monastery, and has the charm of a former monastery. All the rooms seem to be one offs due to the fact that it was a former monastery. Don't expect a hotel chain, and you will have a wonderful stay.

This is new hotel and it is excellent. The room was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel room, but I slept the whole night as if I was home. The whole stay was exceptional!
