"We arrived early after a red-eye flight. The hospitality to us by the owner was nothing short of amazing. No rooms were cleaned yet, but she let us help ourselves to the fabulous breakfast, and we checked-in no long afterwards to a clean, comfortable, quiet room with a bottle of wine and water waiting for us. In the comfortable bed, we slept for ten straight hours after over twenty hours of flying time. We would have no need to stay anywhere else in this city if ever in need of a hotel with taste and family friendliness, and wonderful art as well. "

"We had a very comfortable stay here. We opted for the superior room, it was spacious and has everything you want, including a bathroom robe. The breakfast is great, lots of choice but don't go expecting exactly the same as an English cooked breakfast. It's in a very good central location. There were roadworks happening round about so it could be noisy first thing. We had a room on the 5th floor and that was fine. "

"The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day. Considering the cost of the tiny hotel room, that's nothing short of deplorable. You're much better off at a property in the middle of town that charges quite a bit less and gives you a lot more."
