"The airport shuttle was very easy. We did not have breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. Our air conditioner didn’t work right in the room and the phone didn’t work either other than that it filled the knee that we used it for."

"Staff was asleep in the lobby when we arrived. Room didn’t have any bedding for the pull out bed and staff had to be awakened a second time to get bedding for pull out bed. Room was not anything like the photos and staff was rude. in the am when the cleanliness was brought up. Needlesss to say we checked out early from our original 3 day stay to get a cleaner hotel. Staff claimed they did a refund but charged the full amount plus an additional day and the incidental. We are currently working with our credit card company to get a refund for the days we didn’t stay. Would not recommend to anyone. "

"We got in very late, and the front desk was staffed, the room was very nice. Breakfast was great the next morning."

"Watchouts were: We needed to request the bedding for the pull out couch. And then take the elevator to the lobby to pick them up. Once we got back to the room, we realized there was no shampoo, conditioner and soap in the room. Then we needed to request it from the front desk - and then take the elevator downstairs to retrieve them. These were a little frustrating because it is typically part of a room being prepared for your arrival. But the bigger issue was the elevator itself. It was very, very slow and whatever was wrong with it was causing the fire alarm to go off. The worst example was when the fire alarm went off at 11:42pm. Alarms went off in the hallway - but not in the suites, so had it been a real emergency I am concerned that people would not have known to evacuate. The hotel was spacious and had a good breakfast, the hotel has potential when it's issues are addressed. "

"This hotel has no restaurant in the building but they do offer an early morning breakfast but if you arrive in the evening. they do however have a shuttle bus that will take you to a variety of restaurants close by but they all close by 9pm."
