The staff was lovely. The breakfast buffet was excellent. What a way to start the day! Beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pipes in the bathroom. There was a ghastly sewer smell coming uo. We closed all drains and covered them with thick towels and the smell was contained. I don't know if this was because of all the rain recently or a more seriousissue.

"We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery ..."
