"Huge, handicapped room for 3 friends. Loved the next door church bell songs. Grounds very pretty although too cold to be outside. Great breakfast!! Lots of parking.

"Hotel was everything it should be but just not our sort of place. Very busy. Long queues for restaurant. We waited for breakfast but couldn’t face it at dinner. Or the high noise levels. Just not relaxing. Teenagers loved it though. Great if you have kids"

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base.
Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters.
From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...
