In the heart of Las Canteras beach with breath taking views

Spacious and super bright apartment with stunning views over the famous Las Canteras beach and the privilege of unforgettable magical sunsets with the volcano Teide as a backdrop, thanks to its glass façade that also gives the feeling of being on a boat, enjoying the sea at your feet.
It is located right by the beach in the area called Playa Chica which is just the central part of Playa de Las Canteras.
The apartment has:
A bedroom with a king size bed that can be separated into twin beds (sheets and duvets)
A small terrace.
Living room with sofa bed (queen size) for 2 people. Smart TV. Free fiber optic WIFI.
Open kitchen: very well equipped (fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, mixer)
Bathroom with shower (towels, hair dryer).
We also provide towels for the beach.
It is a private apartment in a modern building of private property with lift and concierge service who is also in charge of the rubbish collection.
In the apartment there will be 2 sets of bed linens and towels. But if you prefer, we can do the cleaning, and change linen and towels once a week for €40.

The property is officially registered as " Vivienda Vacacional" (Holiday Housing). And each visit has to pay 7% cash tax on arrival.

Las Canteras is one of the most fascinating urban beaches in the world. You can enjoy it all year round thanks to its mild climate. It is an open bay of more than 3 km of fine golden sand and crystalline waters, largely protected from the battering of the Atlantic waves by a natural barrier reef that allows enjoying the sea and snorkelling with total tranquillity. In this area there is a great variety and abundance of fish.
Besides, in the open area you can surf.
There are many surfing, paddle surfing and diving schools.

La Canteras beach takes great pride in its highly conscientious cleaning service. It has the Blue Flag emblem of the European Union as well as the prized Q for touristic quality.

The apartment is located in a very attractive area with ample supply of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, pharmacies... Las Arenas shopping centre is the most important in the city and is only a 15-minute walk away.
Just on the promenade there are several playgrounds, a municipal library and the Alfredo Kraus music auditorium.

If you want to take excursions around the island, there are car rental companies in the area, and also the bus station is about 15 minutes walk, next to El Muelle shopping centre.
There are municipal bicycles for touring the city. And taxis are quite affordable.
