Duplex penthouse located directly next to Las Canteras Beach, with WIFI CONNECTION and PRIVATE PARKING. The building has elevator and located in a very quiet area.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms with big beds and a third bedroom with two single beds.
The living room has a 50-inch LCD TV, and the dining room has a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Utility room with washing machine, dryer and electric water heater.
Two full bathrooms and two storage rooms.
The master bedroom has amazing sea views.
A huge advantage of this penthouse is its location. It is in 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes walk from city center (Plaza de España); 7 minutes from Las Arenas Shopping Center, 10 minutes from El Corte Inglés; 16 minutes from the Santa Catalina park. The airport is approximately 30 minutes by car. Also, the area of penthouse offers a great variety of services to the guests: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, leisure and sports area, surfing etc.
