"Hotel has beatifull gardens and A plus beach, very clean rooms but could deffinitive used an upgrade, overall the staff is nice and propper, very dissapointed on the restaurants as it say 5 restaurants, yes they have 5 restaurant but they only open one of them per nignt, as you can imagine the line to eat, we ended at the buffet most of the nights. Alcohol quality is horrible, even with the purchase of VIP,only one type of beer, wine or champane available in the hotel which they were very poor quality. I do not recommed the property."
Cayo Levantado Resort - All Inclusive

"The resort was a pleasant surprise never having heard of it and not knowing anyone who had been there we relied on you tube videos to make the decision to go. The place was amazingly beautiful, the food was good, they included some very nice activities and the staff was excellent. The only thing is that there is very low volume of guests which is nice but the 4 restaurants in the resort are not available but only one per day for breakfast lunch n dinner. Inthe the peak season more than one will be open depending on the amount of guests."

"The room was beautiful and A/C worked great. The overall design of the hotel was cohesive and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. The only downside was that the pool is a little small, but with a cool street/ocean view."

"This hotel was excellent and really convenient. I just wish the top floor room had the AC going up as well. But overall great hotel in las Terrenas. Will definitely be going again."
