Su staff es único, no hay imposibles para satisfacer nuestras necesidades durante la estancia, son personas cálidas y muy profesionales. El resort y sus instalaciones son un sueño. Gracias Chef Ejecutivo Eric, Gerente de restaurante Luis, a nuestro Embajador Eddyl a Miguelina, Yulissa, Keddy y a todo el personal por hacer que nuestra estancia superara todas nuestras expectativas. "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beach was stunning, and the bar had such a great atmosphere. The staff was also amazing—everyone was so kind and welcoming. The only things I think would make this hotel even better are TVs in the rooms and a pool. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay and had an amazing time. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!"

"La habitación estuvo excelente: limpia, amplia y con una vista increíble a la bahía de Samaná. El personal es muy atento, amable y cortés. Pero lo mejor fue el desayuno a la carta con varias y buenas opciones. Tiene varias piscinas en la azotea muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Recomiendo este hotel sin pensarlo dos veces y estoy seguro que volveré."
