"My family and I enjoyed staying at this brand new beach house. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Very comfortable and close to the best beach in las terrenas. Our trip had to be cut short because of the hurricane and the owners were very kind to accommodate us and help us reschedule some dates in the future. Highly recommended."

"Estrella del Norte was just that. An amazing stay, the villa was in great condition. Nina was beyond fantastic with her service and her cooking. She went above and beyond for everything. We would def stay here again. I do suggest that if you go in the wetter or colder month to have a 4x4 vehicle as the roads are not the best and the location of the house has a few steep slopes. "The house is huge, there were 16 of us and it was plenty big for everyone to have their own space. The staff was so kind. Although they spoke very little English, they were really helpful, and Joseph (property owner) was available and checked in by phone frequently. "The villa was just like in the pictures. The communication process throughout the stay and registration with the owner assistant Franceska was great. "we have stayed twice before , this time , we rented a villa everything about the place is great . only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!! also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!! but aside from that we love the place ! we are lucky enough to be chefs , and know where to go buy fresh seafood locally , and we make ourself at home , with our cooking and wine drinking!!"
