Nice Place, Great Location, Pool was a frustration

This is a nice 4 bedroom house in central location. Overall the house was great but we had a few frustrations. We arrived to find the kitchen trash can full and the dishwasher full of unwashed dishes and no dishwasher soap. We had to purchase dishwasher detergent to get the dishes clean and empty the trash. 2 of the mattress are brand new and still have the plastic on them, this made for a noisy (crinkle, crinkle every time you moved) and sweaty sleep. We paid an additional fee per day to have the pool and hot tub heated. The pool was freezing for the entire visit. After working with the property manager we were finally able to get the hot tub heated enough to be usable for one evening.

This has to be a joke. You left us stranded

I can’t believe I’m getting this. You left us stranded in Vegas because of an unknown reason. Sure you comped us one night for the cancellation but we had to fend for ourselves the other night. At the very least I need some additional information on why this happened and what you’re going to do for me to have faith In Your services ever again. I’m going to Mardi Gras in February and I’m terrified I’ll get stranded again. If you care about my business I need something.

For the price we paid not worth it the pool was a mess , owner said pool cleaners must have lied since they were there in “the morning” and they never came the next day after saying they would check it out. AlsoI had to contact the property owner never once did they introduce themselves and really fee for the Jacuzzi to be on talk about a cheapskate ?? Btw feed your fish.

Uncomfortable and missing supplies

Master bathroom - shower had mold and slow draining, tub dirty There was no toilet paper at any bathroom, no paper towels at the kitchen Bag of laundry in the master bedroom, mattress had a uncomfortable plastic mattress cover that make lots of noise when you are trying to sleep . Owner did not notify me about people being in the backyard doing something with the pool. Also she falsely accused me that we had a pet in the house, which we all flew in for a long weekend with no pets.
