CASINO NOW OPEN! This luxurious suite is on the 11th Floor, close to the Vegas Strip featuring an outdoor pool, fitness center, and bar/lounge. Enjoy Palm's $650 million dollar renovation! Free Wi-Fi in public areas and free valet parking are also provided. Other amenities include a poolside bar, 24-hour room service, and a business center with a large bed and queen sofa sleeper.

Getting Around:
-Walking distance to a lot of shops, centrally located.
-Uber or Lyft is the best option

Disliked: Communication
Poor communication about extra non included fees. Assumed I had paid in full for my reservation only to be required to pay more when checking in. Fees were not listed on Expedia. Expedia, Management company, and front desk no help. Very little toilet paper and paper towel in room. I was told I would have to pay for more. The room was fine and we enjoyed the Palms Casino but disappointed in the overall experience.
