ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A CITY LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL. We are one of less than 200 licensed short term rentals in the City of Las Vegas. (Las Vegas City Short Term Residential Rental License#G63-07561.) See below for more details about the 5000+ unlawful vacation rentals in the Las Vegas valley. Just because it is listed on VRBO/Airbnb does not mean it is licensed and legal.

Maximum occupancy: 20 people (16 adults maximum)

Almost the entire house flooring has recently (May 2020) been changed to hard surfaces to allow floor steaming after each guest. Disinfectant spray is used on all hard surfaces and fixtures. New (Sep 2020) memory foam mattresses with protectors have been installed in all bedrooms.

Private location at end of a cul-de-sac with a driveway capable of parking 8+ cars and/or an RV on an half acre lot. Large pool & spa, putting green and playground. Enjoy the outdoor patio and sitting areas while grilling on the gourmet BBQ grill. Pool table room, poker room, sitting room, gym and theater area. Stocked gourmet kitchen with cutlery, cookware, utensils, Keurig, blender and much more. Dining area seats 16.

Enjoy the fresh linens on new plush beds. 70" TV in the theater area. Flat panel TVs in every bedroom with Apple TV, Roku or Direct TV. High speed wireless internet and cable TV. Washer/Dryer.

Each guest will receive a bath towel, hand towel, face towel and pool towel. Some complimentary soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, K-Cups and paper towels will be provided.

Maximum occupancy is 20 people (16 adults maximum).

Basketball hoop on driveway has been removed until further notice. Local parks with basketball hoops, tennis courts and other amenities are located just a few minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: We will continue to issue 100% full refund of your reservation as long as any cancellation is made more than 60 days from check-in. Unfortunately the website requires us to choose the "No Refund" option in order for us to maintain dialogue with our guests during any cancellation request. Since this 100% refund cancellation with 60 days from check-in is documented in our literature, the website customer service representatives can guarantee this is maintained for customer service satisfaction.

BE INFORMED: Please be sure you book only with legally licensed vacation rentals. In the Las Vegas valley, there are less than 200 legally licensed vacation rentals, the other 5000+ are unlawful and could get shut down at any time. Both the city and county are actively shutting down unlawful rentals, especially over the last year. Many operators try to circumvent the laws by issuing rental agreements for 30 days regardless of the guest's length of stay, but this tactic is no longer working and many are still being closed down, and future guests are left scrambling. Our license number is listed on the website and any legally run vacation rental should list their Short Term Rental License on their listing. A business license is not a Short Term Rental License.

Great stay - perfect space and location

This space was the perfect accommodation. Allowed for our large group to stay together and have quality time and also wasn’t too far from the strip and other areas of interest near Vegas. Would definitely stay again.

Great for a large group of friends!

The huge common area was perfect for our group of 9 friends who wanted space to hung out all together. We also made good use of the poker room. Very professional and responsive host. Great experience.

A good place for a big group

This house is in a good location and close to the strip. It's on a quiet dead-end street that seems safe. Lots of bedrooms make it ideal for a big group. The kitchen supplies were bare minimum and heavily used. Unfortunately, the hot tub never came up to temp while we were there (3 nights).

Great Location for a visit to Las Vegas

The location is very secluded and exact directions are need for car services, but getting to the stadium or to the main strip during high volume times is very easy due to where this house is located. The home itself was great, the pool was amazing on hot days and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top at night. I would recommend this location to groups for their stay in Las Vegas.

Guys Trip Perfection

We had a group of 8 guys for a golf and gambling trip. House is a great size and we never felt cramped. Everyone had a bedroom and plenty of space in common areas, huge kitchen and pantry with an extra refrigerator. Very clean and excellent communication with host. I would book again for sure.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome. There was lots of room for everyone. Our grandchildren loved the pool table, the mini golf and of course the pool! Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous House

The house has plenty of space for the group. All bedrooms had a queen or bigger bed size. Everything clean and organized. The location is good as it is not too far from the convention center.

Quiet getaway near downtown Vegas

The property was perfect, enough space to accommodate a large family gathering and setup to allow for hanging out in the entertainment room or pool area or dining/family room. Our host was great, allowing us an early check in and late checkout as we had family coming from all over the country. Close to the Strip and all of Vegas, even enjoyed hearing the rooster in the yard behind us! I would highly recommend staying here!

Lots of room

Great place with lots of room for our team of 7. We were in for the International Builder Show. Honestly, the place may have been too big! LOL. We didn't even use the home theatre, billiards, etc., but each having our own room was nice. Kitchen is a little outdated and lots of empty cupboards, but fine for what we needed. Hot tub did not get hot, but it is February, so. Overall, very spacious place within 15min. of the strip and conference center. Would stay again.

This house was perfect. I had a group of eight in for wild card weekend and we ended up spending more time at the house than at the Sportsbook. The theater room was something else. I will surely be staying here in the future.

What a great place to stay with a group in Vegas

The home was everything the listing said it would be. Very spacious, clean and easy to find. We had a missed flight so I was unable to arrive first as planned but the management company worked with us and allowed easy access to another in my group. Thank you.

Great for a big family. The home is clean. Mattresses and pillows are comfy. Master shower head has great pressure. The pool/spa was not heated and too cold to enjoy. It was also part of the reason for renting that property. Easy 10 min to the strip. 30 min to red rocks trails.
