House was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this if you want something close to the Strip, but very quiet. Only 10 min from airport and 20 min from the Strip.

Very nice property in relaxing neighborhood. House was nice and clean with plenty of room for the 8 people who stayed. The house is just a short 10 minutes away to the Las Vegas strip and close to many restaurants in Henderson Nevada. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Great stay for Raiders Game

2 friends and I came to Vegas for the Raiders game on 10/10/24 to 10/14/24. The home is not on the Las Vegas strip but close by and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Home about 10 minutes from Airport which made it very convenient. Very nice gazebo in the back yard which was nice to just to get some quiet time. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion in Las Vegas

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool table during our stay as well as the outdoor eating area. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes/ glasses/ coffee mugs to use for a group. We had no problems at all during our stay, and the owner was very responsive to any questions that we did have. My sister lives nearby and my family would definitely stay again for future visits.

Wedding weekend

This house was conveniently located to the airport and the strip. The home had a downstairs bedroom for my elderly mother. And plenty of space all around. Really appreciated having detergent, TP & paper towels in the home. Hate having to shop for those items. Only issue was with the outlets not holding the plugs in while we were doing wedding hair and the step down in the garage almost tripped us (being painted all the same color and no markings) The beds were very comfortable and hot water was plentiful!

Perfect for a family get-together

My family and I met in Vegas for a show. Originally we were just going to stay in a hotel on a strip. But the Rod Stewart tickets we bough happened to coincide with the Formula One race and things were either sold out or outrageously priced. I found this VRBO and even though no one else had ever used a service like this, they agreed. The weekend was fantastic and we kept talking about how if we had stayed in a hotel room we would have not had all the opportunities we did for sharing family stories. We made dinner one night and stayed up in the living room talking until midnight. We are already talking about doing it again and the rest of my family are now VRBO fans - thanks to the excellent communication from the host and the pristine accommodations.

This house is clean, has all the necessities needed and has wood floors from top to bottom. All of the rooms have very comfortable beds and stay dark when you want to sleep in, especially the master bedroom. The closet room in the master is Huge (2 closets with mirror doors). They provided soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, sponge, and even paper towels. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, pans and if you like to cook, you will LOVE the chef knives. The fridge has ample space and they stocked it with a few complimentary waters. There is a television in the master bedroom and the queen bedroom on the top floor but not the bunk bed room or the queen bedroom downstairs. We enjoyed the private back yard and the location of this house is perfect for the strip or arroyo grande sports complex (about an 8 minute drive to each). The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the check-in process was extremely easy. Two thumbs way up!! Thank you!!
