This 4 bedroom Presidential Reserve penthouse suite sleeps 14 with 12 foot ceilings, amazing Vegas strip views from all rooms with luxurious furnishings and appliances. This top floor spacious condo suite is over 2500 sq ft with a professional kitchen, living area, dining area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 large jacuzzi spa tubs in-suite, large TVs, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, blender, and washer & dryer. **NO RESORT FEES** EASY WALK TO STRIP

This is a 5 star, Presidential Reserve, Gold Crown property, the highest rating available. The resort even furnishes free shuttle service to Treasure Island so park the car and enjoy yourself without the trouble of driving and finding parking on the strip.

You will have access to the 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, splash pad, poolside bar (full bar) and restaurant, game room with pool table/arcade/fooseball, exercise facility, business center, convenience store, concierge, handicapped access, free parking, free shuttle to the strip every hour, fun children's activities, 24 hour front desk, and facilities for wheelchair guests.

The Presidential 4 bedroom penthouse sleeps 14 guests. The beds are new and super comfortable. Here's the layout:
~2 primary bedrooms = 2 x KING BEDS
~3rd and 4th bedrooms = 4 x DOUBLE BEDS
~ sleeper sofa = QUEEN BED

There are 4 full bathrooms:
~both primary bathrooms = huge jacuzzi jetted tub for 2, separate shower, vanity with light-up magnifying mirror, and separate toilet room. Includes a nice full-size hair dryer and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, body lotion).
~3rd & 4th bathrooms = custom tile shower/tub combo. Includes a nice full-size hair dryer and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, body lotion).

The luxury kitchen has granite countertops and complete utensils for 14 guests. Here are the awesome *BRAND NEW* appliances:
