Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices. You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Step into your 900 sq ft one-bedroom retreat, featuring a balcony, convenient kitchen and a lavish marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This chic condo is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as an entertainment center boasting a flat-screen TV. Dive into relaxation at the pool or maintain your fitness routine at the on-site fitness center.

Each unit offers a private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries, while plush towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort. Great place close to the Strip

Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the Strip, but don’t want to stay in the garbage rooms offered by Strip hotels. Highly recommend!

Frustrating, Confusing Communication

My husband was unable to check-in, due to bot-like communication with the property management service. I had to secure him other lodging for his work trip, with zero notice. After all of the frustration and confusion caused by the property manager, no one reached out to us to offer a refund or any solution. They just kept reiterating "we will solve this issue." Well, it wasn't solved. Ever, The front desk person was also bewildered at the lack of concern from the property manager. All the manager had to do was make one phone call and send one email. They had 3 days to do this prior to my husband's trip, and assured me "all was ready" every step of the way Well, it was not ready at all when he arrived, and he was left sitting in the lobby while I made phone calls for 3 and 1/2 hours trying to sort this out for him. We even paid 50 extra for early check-in. He had to scramble across Las Vegas to another accommodation to get settled and prepare for work now hours behind schedule. Never have we had an experience like this in our many year of travel.

A trip to remember

Due to some issues with the room I initially booked, I ended up staying in 3 different rooms during my 5 day stay. Most of the company’s representatives were very helpful, but one stopped responding in the midst of the chaos. They were very accommodating and made sure that I had a room for the length of my stay. In spite of the issues I would consider using them again in the future.
