With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and room for 10, everyone has space to relax and plenty of reasons to come together. Hit the nearby trails by day, then head to the Strip by night. Your Superhost team takes care of every detail before you arrive.

The entire home and backyard are yours. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy.

Max 10 guests. No parties or events.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, per Henderson ordinance.

The pool is solar-heated, so temperatures vary with the season.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out – Requests must be made 48 hours before arrival and depend on same-day bookings.

Baby gates for stairs or kitchen

Door knob covers or door alarms. In Vegas, these matter a lot if you have a pool.

Pool fence or pool alarm, if applicable

Small first aid kit plus a children’s thermometer



*SECURITY CAMERAS*

For everyone's safety, there are 2 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside.



*PET POLICY*

Pets are welcome! A $150 one-time fee covers up to 2 pets; $50 for each additional pet (please notify host). Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pet damage, waste left behind, excessive hair on bedding, or unauthorized pets may result in additional charges up to $500.
