Paradise In Vegas Will Become Your Favorite Place Away From Home.

Paradise in Vegas is a gated property situated on 2/3 of an acre of landscaped grounds. Conveniently located within 10-15 minutes drive from the strip, Las Vegas Blvd, downtown Summerlin, Tivoli Village and Red Rock Canyon, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Two of the six bedrooms are located on the first floor. Entertainment area includes a poker table, a full size pool table, a great room, large size kitchen with all appliances, and a dining room. Second floor offers four bedrooms, two balconies and a loft. Three of four bedrooms are equipped with HD TVs. Both floors offer two full bathrooms. Outdoors are spectacular with beautiful landscaping, large size swimming pool, waterfalls, lighting and different areas for hangout. Pool heating is optional and guests will be responsible for payment to heat it.

High class accommodations minutes from the strip

This house was the perfect fit for our group. There was ample room and it was far enough from the strip so we were able to get some rest when we needed it. The owner was more than accommodating and super easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great stay and host

Armen was super communicative and responsive whenever needed. Very friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. He was always available to help and very promptly as well. House was beautiful very spacious and very clean.

Horrible!!! I would not recommend this property!

We made our reservation for our family reunion back in March of 2019. While we were checking in in October the owner said he had just bought the property about 5 months ago. Which would have been after we made our reservation and we were not notified of the  change. During our walk though he informed us that one of the bedrooms advertised was not a real bedroom and he took the bed out and left a couch in there... But he has not yet changed the listing to reflect the fact that there are not 6 bedrooms. In the description there is a room that is not legal for late night guests which was properly advertised. We were counting on that 6th bedroom for our stay. After looking around the house more, all the TV's in the livingroom were not there, all the pool cues were broken, all the lawn furniture was either broken or rotting, the kitchen stove was not is proper working order, the walk in shower in the downstairs bathroom had no water pressure, there may have enough 'warm' water for one shower in the one bathroom that had enough water pressure to shower in... Then the house was absolutely disgusting!!! I had to clean pee off the toilet seat so my kid could use it! The floor was so nasty our feet turned black within minutes. Under one of the beds there was something brown dried and crusted to the floor... We couldn't even stay in the house. We asked for a refund for the house since it was not what was advertised. He told us no way. He offered to have the house cleaned and bring a bed for the non legal bedroom if he had to. But it would have taken at least two days to fully cleaned and we really didn't want to have family stay in an oversized storage room. I started a case with VRBO who was no help at all! We pay a service charge to VRBO that is included in the reservation. They never called us back and the one email we got back told us we should have asked the owner questions. But the description of the house didn't leave us with any questions. I didn't realize I had to ask if all the said bedrooms were legal and still set up, all the bathrooms worked, the house was cleaned (since we paid for a cleaning service) all the tv's were still on the walls, all the furniture was in working order, all the pool cues worked and so on. I have been renting house through VRBO for close to 20 years! This is the first house we have had issues with and was very disappointed with the customer service! We are still currently working with legal help to get our refund.

Incredible Property. Great owner.

This is a magnificent property. Everything it shows in pictures and words was absolutely true. And a great location only 10 minutes to the strip and Summerlin. Armen is so friendly and easy and accomodative. We will definitely be booking again next time we're in Vegas:)

We just finished our stay at this huge house for a reunion of college friends. The home easily accommodated our 10 guests and was located around numerous restaurants. Arman was a great host and showed us into the house upon arrival. The house was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your Las Vegas stay. As an owner of an Airbnb condo in San Diego, I appreciated everything that went into making our stay safe and fun.

Absolutely Stunning home!!

We rented this home with 22 woman for a retreat. It was PERFECT!! The home is even more prettier than the pictures! We had everything we need and the host (Armen) was very accommodating! He made sure we had everything we needed. We were only 5 miles to the strip and close to groceries etc. The pool and yard were beautiful as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

GORGEOUS home! Great hospitality!

The home is absolutely fabulous with plenty of space to house our group! Beautiful tall ceilings, great yard/pool and owner was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!
