This one-of-a kind Tuscan style pet-friendly 2 bed / 2 bath condo has room for 6 people comfortably, including 2 huge master bedroom closets to store anything necessary for your stay! There is pet friendly grassy areas, a to die for pool with waterfalls, outdoor tables to eat, outdoor fireplace for drinks, a kid & adult gym for exercising. Centrally located to everything in Summerlin including TPC Summerlin golf course. Very safe area behind gates!

This rental was clean and well appointed. Directions for location and check in were spot on. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Close to freeway, short drive from airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went shopping for basic items that are always available in VRBO properties. First time in 15 years we have been disappointed and in fact we have booked another property in Summerlin for net March. The owner had plenty of opportunities to make things right but chose not to bother. Please call me directly to discuss this further. I would dearly like to discuss this property with VRBO mgt. Thanks.

Perfect space for visiting family in Las Vegas suburbs. Close to stores, grocery, and restaurants. Big enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Even enough room to have a cousins sleep over in the bunk beds!

We had a great time and the condo is very comfortable. There was a little hiccup checking in but it was resolved promptly but Jacqueline. Will stay again if we are in town.
