Room was very nice and clean. Nice amenities. With room key was 3 cards (1 free Old Fashion cocktail, 1 free draft beer, and 1 yummy cookie. Check in and out was easy. We did valet car. They did a great job. Easy access to convention center and monorail.

The hotel was perfect, we were doing an event at the convention center. Clean and had the monorail to take to the strip. The only that wasn’t great was the hot tub, it was cold . I’d stay again.

Everything was impeccably clean, and it smelled good, including in the hallways and elevator. The only snafu was the very slow service for breakfast. The Z was understaffed. The food was good.

Will absolutely come back.

Check in was super quick and easy. I do not remember her name (that checked us in) but she was super kind, quick and efficient. We also had a early check in which was 100% appreciated. Hotel was comfortable. Liked that the shower was separate from the tub. Off strip but easy to get there from the location. Only thing I will say was that the room was warm. We are from the land of cold as well, and we just couldn’t get the room to cool down for some reason. Other than that we will stay again when visiting Vegas.

My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. We love that it was off the strip but still very close. It was clean, smelled nice and the staff were very professional. We included breakfast when we booked and the food was excellent.

The hotel was nice and I have to admit it was pleasant not walking out into the casinos… More quiet and peaceful. You definitely need to plan on transportation if you want to get anywhere unless you’re willing to walk over 1 mile to the strip. I did not feel like it was the nicest part of town to be on but it only took us 20 minutes to walk home after the Eagles concert. Restaurants staff super friendly and professional.

Overall good

Very good service from everyone. Very nice stay away from the noise from the Strip. Buy the onsite restaurants are expensive, the wine choices far too expensive overall and you only have sun in the pool area from around 8 am until noon.

I really enjoyed our stay, we loved having breakfast at Zios which was included with the cost of a nights stay up to $50.00. The staff was so helpful when I left my phone in our hotel room after checking out. I would stay again, for sure.

Hotel staff were great! Bar and restaurant were very good. lobby construction was a bit of a pain, especially when trying to converse in the lobby. The location isn’t good if you want to walk to places to eat. It is an uber ride to just about anything. Pool deck was very dusty.

This was a great stay for me and my family. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They go above for a great experience and hospitality.
