Room was very comfortable and the furniture was nice and clean. Plenty of towels were available and the Keurig coffee machine was the icing on the cake. Definitely will try to rent this unit again!

Great location for us, easy walk to MGM Grand as well as the strip. Room was clean, and quiet. Only minor thing is a lot of light comes from under the front door, but put a towel and it was not as noticeable.

Beautiful clean unit! Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend. Owner was excellent in communication.We have stayed at the Signature many times before, but this was was the best one!

Great Value and Comfort

This property was very clean and comfortable during our 4 night stay. From the kitchenette, to the upgraded flooring, it was definitely felt more like staying at a condo than a hotel room. It was easy to get to the MGM from the connect indoor walkway. There were other great activities in walking distance, like Top Golf. Some friends were staying in a different unit in the same property, but it was not maintained like this one. We definitely plan on staying here again.

I really enjoyed staying at the MGM tower suites. The room is big with a great tub and kitchenette with dishes etc. You have access to the MGM pool without paying a resort fee. It’s close to the airport and we were going to the Sphere which was easy to get to from this location. You can also access the monorail and the free rail that connects the MGM to other resorts.

All the glamor of a high end Vegas hotel room with the added bonus of a kitchenette with a fridge you can actually use for keeping food & beverages cold. What a treat! The tub looked amazing, unfortunately, we were only in town for 18 hours to see a concert at MGM Garden Arena and wasn't able to do a proper soak. This room is at the end of the hall so no disturbances from loud people walking past. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
