First of all, this is not a 3 bedroom unit. It is a 2 bedroom unit with a living room that contains two extra beds. With three different families staying here, it was not very private for the ones that had to stay in the living room. Secondly, the room on the end was hot. The AC didn't work or didn't work well in that room. They must have known about this problem as they had a really big evaporative cooler in there that also did not cool down the room but made lots of noise. When we asked the property managers to address the cooling issue they told us that since we had checked in after 4pm they could not come until the following day, and it would be anywhere from 11am until 4pm. We only had a 3 day stay. When they did come all they did was refill the water in the machine, which didn't fix the issue. Finally, the check-in was very confusing. I had been emailing for check-in instructions and kept getting told I would get them closer to my arrival. I was told in an email that I could check in at 3pm, but then my check-in email finally arrived at around 3pm on the day of check-in saying that I could not check-in until 4pm. It was hard to find the "security" office as it only has a little sign over the door. None of our stay information had been communicated to the security desk so we had to wait while they called SVS to confirm we were checking in and make new keys. That took an extra 20 minutes.
The unit has an excellent view, and it is easy to get into the Cosmopolitan or onto the Strip. The pictures look a bit nicer than the actual quality of the unit, but the unit was fine. Next time I would probably choose to get three separate hotel rooms rather than this one big place.
