*** We do require a SECURITY DEPOSIT of $500. For a stay over 28 days, it’s $800 of this deposit. This security deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days of the scheduled check-out date, except for additional fees for violation of the house rules. Please read all the rules below before you book!

HOUSE RULES:
1. Strictly NO PARTIES/EVENTS, or any group of gathering.
*By the city ordinance, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours (8 pm-8 am) are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a noise monitor to detect the level of volume. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

2. No smoking, vaping, E-cigarettes, or marijuana (any drugs) inside the house.

3. No pets are allowed.
*Sorry, we love pets, but my daughter is extremely allergic to pet dander. Please do not bring pets inside the house or in the backyard.
* According to federal laws, service animals are acceptable, but please inform us upfront.

4. No unregistered visitors.
*Please select the correct number of guests when you are making the booking.

5. Clark county residents are NOT allowed to book per local ordinance.

6. DO NOT hang out, drink or smoke in the front yard.

7. We have one security camera on the front porch, one facing entry, one facing the driveway, and one facing the pool. They will be on during your stay.
