Guest Access:
This is an entirely private property including the pool/spa area. You will have access to all areas of the home. There will be no one else on the property with you.

Other things to note:
Guests are responsible for any fees imposed by the City of Henderson for not following the stated rules which include the maximum number of people at the home, noise violations, etc.
