Room 3: Queen-size mattress. (Room 3 & Room 4 has a door between them providing convenient access between the two rooms without needing to go through the hallway).
Room 4: Comfy Adult Bunk Bed with 2 Queen-size mattresses and a 42 Inch Smart TV.

You'll find towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with a Netflix account ready to go.

* There is a grape vine plant on the property for dogs' owners.

When you stay in this home, you’ll have it entirely to yourself.

We kindly ask that you respect the space and refrain from hosting parties. The maximum occupancy allowed must be adhered to at all times. Please be aware that we have Service e givers such as landscapers and pool guy, providing services to the home, and there may be occasions when they arrive during your stay through the side gate.
* DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE! You may Smoke in the Back yard * Parties will not be tolerated and guests will be removed with fine and no refund. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking of the property. 1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances. 2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind on and around the property at any time 3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am. 4. NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed. 5. NO more than 6 Vehicles Allowed Due to the city ordinances. 6. NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS!NO. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. 7. Pets are allowed with prior owner approval and a fee. There is a pet fee - please ask me how much. Bringing a pet without the owner pre- approval may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine. If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, you will be reported to your booking Channel and required to leave the property immediately without refund. For your protection, like any hotel, we have 4 security cameras in the front yard and 2 security cameras in the backyard covering the outside premises. Special Facilities on property: Swimming Pool, Hot tub, Exercise Equipment. Use of the Special Facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. Drowning 2. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool and/or Exercise equipment. 3. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the Special Facilities areas. 4. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding 5. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the Special Facilities areas. All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Special Facilities and entire property at their own risk: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) in regards to guests use of the Special Facilities. 2.
