This is a beautiful and quiet Tri-level fully furnished home with utilities included. It has 3 bedrooms w/3.5 bathrooms. The ground level bedroom has an en-suite
bathroom and private entrance to the backyard with a doggie door insert if necessary.
The second level includes the main living room,
kitchen and laundry facility with 1/2 bathroom.
The third floor has a loft area as the second living room. It also has the primary "K" bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The third room with a private large double sink bathroom is located across the hall. There are 5 smart tvs on property. They are in both living room areas
and each room has its own 4K ROKU smart tv. This home has been newly renovated with fresh paint, new carpet, new soft wood floors, all new appliances, all new beds and mostly all new furniture. The beds have led lights. The property is less than 30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, within minutes of Santa Fe Casino and Centennial Shopping Center, close to Mountain View Hospital, Centennial Hills Hospital, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, University Medical Center.
