  • Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, just 15 minutes to the strip, and 5 minutes to Fremont Street, The pool is open for the summer time ONLY from April 1st - September 1. The house is located 2 minutes off the freeway. NOTICE TO GUESTS

    Please be advised that although we do our best to keep the outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained, we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. As the property includes outdoor spaces, we cannot control natural elements or environmental conditions.

    Rental payments apply solely to the house and indoor accommodations. All outdoor amenities including but not limited to the pool, basketball court, and patio areas—are provided as complimentary features and do not affect the rental price.

Perfect for our family and friends!

This place was just perfect for our 2 families! We had 2 11 year olds and 2 14 year olds with us and the place was filled with entertainment. Our kids weren’t bored. The beds were comfy and the host was super responsive. It was a quick trip down to the strip and we could get a break from it when we needed to.

Everything was just as described. Kids loved the games, pool table, and pool!! Our stay was very comfortable. I REALLY appreciated cold water in the fridge and the Ninja blender. We loved it and would hladly stay here again. It was also conveniently located.

We had an amazing time staying at this property on Pyramid Dr! The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to relax and enjoy. It was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. What really stood out was how family-friendly it was—there were tons of things to keep everyone entertained, from games to cozy common areas that made it easy to spend quality time together. Whether we were lounging inside or enjoying the outdoor space, it felt like a true home away from home. The location was also great—peaceful and private, yet still close enough to the Strip and other attractions when we wanted to explore. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families or groups looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing Vegas getaway!

Fun Vegas House

Definitely a fun party house. There was tons of games and fun things to keep our group entertained while we were home. Kitchen was bare bones stocked but we used the air fryer a lot which was handy. Location was good. Only took 15 minutes to get home from the strip. Overall a good stay.

Meets the needs

We were here for our daughter's basketball tournament. The location was perfect not more than 20 mins away from anywhere we needed to go. The owner was super easy to work with and very helpful & accommodating. We had a team BBQ at the house and there was plenty of room and things for the kids to do. I will say the condition of the property is not perfect but is completely functional. BBQ worked great, showers are beautiful, but heads need to be cleaned they were quite clogged. The floor was not very clean and left the bottom of our feet & socks black. Furniture is nice but not very comfortable. Overall for the price this house was perfect for what we needed. If you are looking for perfection thought, this would not be your place.
