"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

Not only did Maria greet us with a warm welcome (and a few local delicacies), showed us through the house and how appliances worked etc., but she also provided lots of information on things to do in the area, best grocery stores, restaurant recommendations and directions to walk into town. "We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it."

"There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. "We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
