"Big hotel with quiet room. Bed on the harder side but we like it that way. Semi open bathroom which means a door to the toilet but otherwise open, with a wall to the rest of the room. Had a view towards the eastern part of the city on the 7th floor. Free parking and the garage is accessible from the hotel with a special elevator- good! The evening restaurant is small with a limited menu. Well located close to the Wittenberg platz with U-bahn connections and a few minutes walk to KaDeWe. Would definitely chose Riu again!"

"Encontramos todo limpio y en orden, con todo lo necesario, pudimos lavar ropa que esta en el -1, abajo la estación de metro para llegar a cualquier lugar, asi como restaurantes y supermercados, la zona se siente bastante segura y cerca esta una estación de Flixbus a 5min, me volveria hospedar alli."

"This is a great hotel, central to transport and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great choice of breakfast and value for money. The only let down was the lack of complimentary beverages in the rooms. We had a kettle, sugar sachets and coffee. This is where tea drinks miss out. I had to take teabags from the restaurant to our room. Also had to keep asking for a jug of milk at the hotel lobby bar as again no milk for tea/coffee."

"I stayed for a mid-week for DMEA 2026 in the Messe, my dog accompanied me. The room on the 6th floor was somewhat "petite" but functional with a working kitchenette (microwave/grill only, no stove, and a fridge with no freezer compartment but otherwise okay). The room had a lot of daylight, which was nice. The area around Charlottenburg is wonderful. The Nextbike rental bike solution was brilliant. All in all, great value for money, I'd come back here."

The following morning breakfast was surprisingly good for me as they had vegan options, and the man seeing to the tables deserves a special mention, lovely helpful man ( sorry didn't get his name but he is Ghanaian)."
