"Short walk to many locations. Nice area to walk between hotel and Holland Park where I went. Shops and restaurants opposite, polite and helpful staff. I was treated with dignity and respect as a female solo traveller, there was someone at reception when I arrived, I met the cleaner and I had fans and a fridge in my room which was great in the hot weather."

"The hotel is in a lovely area and felt very safe. Great room for the price! The only unfortunate thing was how hot the room was and its inability to cool down despite there being a very large fan already inside. 3 out of the 4 of the group only got around 2 hours sleep so not ideal but cannot be really helped."
