"To be candid, the hotel did not quite live up to the images presented. It was acceptable, but it did not meet our expectations. The most commendable aspect was the staff; every individual we encountered was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating."

"Not enough incentives to continue gambling. Rewards Credit is very very low. Brew Brothers has excellent food and service. Reasonable prices on meals. Cafe was under staffed and wait for service was long. "

"Room was clean and up to date. Hotel front desk staff were exceptional and courteous. The Casino was needing some updates but the machines were modern models. "

"Pools were freezing cold. Rooms worn down and had little roaches in the bathroom. They turned off water pressure with no warning so we couldn't shower. Food area is close to casino so expect to smell cigarettes while eating. Cinema smelt like vomit and is run down. Would never stay here again. "

"They have the lot next door. So they have parking for large vehicles. Like trucks and trailers. Big bonus in my opinion."
