"It was nice just disappointing the kid pool wasn’t open during our stay, our kids were looking forward to it, front desk lady was super rude when I called to ask about late checkout on the day we left, I called at around 9am asking if we can check out at 11am, she didn’t even let me finish asking the question just kept speaking over me, such horrible customer service"
