"The host was great and understanding communication was on point and addressed our concerns. It was cheaper than surrounding areas. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not there. Spider webs throughout the house spiders on the floors the floors were dirty but not noticeable because of the color I was able to tell when I walked around in my socks. Underwear were found in the kids rooms that did not belong to us. Kitchen utensils were sticky and looked like they hadn’t been throughly washed. The outside grill was heavy on the grease that it caught in fire when we turned it on we cleaned it ourselves. The home served its purpose for our stay. Location wise great the river is about 2 blocks away."
