"The location of the property, right on the river, couldn't be beat, and it's a beautiful house. The patio and stairs down to the dock were awesome, great for lounging and eating. The kitchen (we cooked our own meals), dining room, living room were all very nice and clean, beds were comfy. Our only complaint was that we expected the 4 bathrooms to be convenient to the bedrooms. While the two master bedrooms with ensuite baths were great, we found the other 3 bedrooms were meant to share one bathroom off the upstairs hall with a shower only children could comfortably fit in. Our adults in those bedrooms (no kids in our group) borrowed the showers in the ensuite master bedrooms, instead. The 4th bathroom was a half bath off the entry hall with no shower."

"One STAR is even too much. 1 Star. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the home was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property. In the bathrooms, we found hair in the showers and visible hair on the toilet. The floors were sticky, and there was old food/debris present.Under the beds, we discovered wrappers, heavy dust buildup, and insects, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The back bedroom bed was not made, and there were dirty socks left on the mattress.The backyard was also in poor condition. Everything appeared dirty, and the BBQ grill had noticeable old food residue, looking as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time.Additionally, several curtains were ripped and hanging from the rods, and multiple blinds were broken. The odor inside the home was severe enough to cause nausea.We contacted the host immediately but received no response. VRBO support was also contacted, and they were unable to get a hold of the host as well. Due to the condition of the property and lack of communication, we cannot recommend this home. I have pictures and videos. I’m gonna upload them as well. Do not rent this house. I don’t know what everyone else was raving about this. Home was disgusting and it was in the ghetto."
