Inside, the house boasts a fresh and contemporary-yet-cosy style, with recent updates to ensure your comfort. And for golf lovers, the property is just a 2-minute walk from the Launceston Golf Club!

You`ll find convenient on-street parking and a private gate at the front of the property, providing direct access to the charming rear garden. Step inside to a small hallway, perfect for storing boots and coats.

The ground floor features an open-plan layout, with a beautifully refurbished slate floor spanning the well-equipped kitchen and lounge area.
