The living space flows into the dining and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has a charming round wooden table with modern pendant lights and direct access to the outdoor patio. The kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and an oven with a gas cooktop, plus a breakfast bar.



Downstairs, you'll discover a second living area, perfect for unwinding. It features another flat-screen TV, comfortable Scandinavian recliners, and a thoughtfully stocked library for quiet moments. This level also includes a convenient laundry area and a third toilet.



The bedrooms are designed for comfort, each featuring a queen bed. The modern bathroom offers tiled floors and walls, a spacious walk-in shower, a luxurious freestanding bathtub, and a separate toilet.



Outside, enjoy the spacious paved patio with an outdoor dining set, ideal for al fresco meals. The surrounding garden offers a tranquil setting.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to enjoy the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor patio and garden. Please note, our little study is locked for personal belongings and is not accessible to guests.

Car: Highly recommended for exploring the Tamar Valley and Launceston attractions. Two-car off-street parking is available – no garage. On-street parking is also available.

Walking: Enjoy leisurely strolls through leafy streets; local shops and parks are within walking distance.

Public Transport: Bus services connect to Launceston city center.

Taxis/Rideshares: Readily available for convenient transport.
